REFUND POLICY

At BattleGrounds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product or service, we’re here to help. Please read the details of our refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging so that it can be resold as NEW.

  • To start a return, please contact us at Support@battlepc.com Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product at Support@battlepc.com with details and photos of the issue.

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items, and we do not offer exchanges for other reasons (e.g., a change of mind).

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:​

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Gift cards

Please note that any items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@battlepc.com

6. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
