SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BattleGrounds. The following outlines the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Your Order

  • All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.​

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • If you live in a remote or rural area, please allow additional time for delivery.

4. International Shipping

  • At this time we DO NOT ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can use this information to check the status of your order.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Any additional charges for reshipping due to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time we have no additional shipping restrictions other then what has already be noted.

8. Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@battlepc.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include your order number, details of the issue, and any photos of the damaged product. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue.
