• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the correct price and offer the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping only to the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and shipping method.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as shipping provider delays or customs clearance.

• We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping provider once the product leaves our warehouse.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or fraudulent activity.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping costs, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Services: For services, there are NO refunds under any circumstance.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect.

7. Warranties

• Products: We offer a limited warranty on certain products. Warranty details will be provided upon request. If no specific warranty is stated, the product is provided “as is.”

• Services: We guarantee our services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any issues or dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
